A Personal Training Session for orientation and safety on the machines at the Amenity Center is available to us on December 16.

 We are tentatively seeking a 1:00pm appointment, we would like feedback on whether this time frame will service the majority, or if another time would be more manageable. The sessions are only available between 900am - 400pm. If you can't make it during the 9-4 time frame, any CCC member would be happy to meet with you to review the session.
